The HSW Glass Washing Machine features an easy-installing design with an aluminum profile main frame for long life using. It comes standard with PLC control and a touch screen system for simple operation, including automatic glass thickness control and one-key startup. The machine is equipped with a big power blower, upper and bottom brushes, and lifting conveyor motors controlled by inverter, which switches to sleeping mode when no glass is detected, reducing power consumption by up to 65%. All painting parts use powder coating, while water-touching components are stainless steel. The 76mm-diameter rubber rollers ensure durability.
The loading table rollers are dipped in water for better glass cleaning. A double spray pre-washing system (upper and bottom) features fast-plug nozzles for easy replacement and cleaning. Before entering the washing section, an air cut removes dust from the pre-washing area, preventing contamination. The external water tank has a three-partition design and is mounted on universal wheels for mobility.
The upper brushes can be lifted up to 330mm for maintenance. Three pairs of 160mm stainless steel shaft brushes are installed, with two separate lifting cylinders for hard brushes and soft brushes for Low-E and coated glass. Both upper and bottom brushes are inverter-controlled, adjusting rotation speed with washing speed for optimal cleaning.
