Our glass Loader features a high-performance vacuum system, independently controlled suction cups, and a robust mechanical drive. With an OMRON-based control system and durable steel construction, it ensures reliable, automated operation for industrial glass applications.
The equipment is designed for high-efficiency handling of glass sheets, supporting sizes from 700×400 mm up to 2500×2500 mm with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 19 mm. It incorporates a highly effective mono-block rotary blade vacuum pump system for secure glass manipulation during operation.
The machine features a crank and connecting rod driven turning arm mechanism, powered by an R-series gear motor speed reducer with chain wheel transmission for smooth loading and unloading. Compressed air supply operates at 5–7 bar with a flow rate of 30 L/min to ensure consistent performance.
A lift-based loading system is equipped with five arms on each side, utilizing a total of 20 BBSC-210B suction cups that can be individually activated or deactivated for flexible glass handling. The electrical control system is built with OMRON programmable controllers and a touch panel for precise and user-friendly operation.
All main frame of equipment use quality rectangle steel pipe groups of national standard welded and fitted with bolt. This machine adopts the mechanical mode to transmit.
